  • Aurora box is non-refundable.

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

 Gift Wrapping (Optional)

  • We offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. This service is non-refundable once the item has been packed.
